Do I have to create an account to place an order?

No, you don’t have to create an account. You can simply check out as a guest. We would, however, recommend setting up an account as you can then access all your information regarding your orders and purchases easily.

How much is delivery?

Delivery charges are between €9.95 – €49.95. The exact delivery charge will be clearly stated at the shopping cart checkout stage. This calculation will take into consideration the size and weight of the item in your basket.

How long will it take to be delivered?

Tara Group Ltd can deliver to customers located in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

In stock items will usually be dispatched within 3 working days using the DPD courier service.

If your product is in stock your order will be typically delivered to you within 3 – 7 working days.


 I don’t want to buy online, what do I do?

Check out our ‘where to buy’ section for any online product and then click on the ‘Buy Offline’ section to find a local stockist to you. * Some products are only available to buy online.

Are your stockists prices the same as your own online prices?

From time to time our stockists will run promotions so you might be able to buy some of our online products from one of partner retailers at a lower price at that particular time. But otherwise, we will all be retailing at the recommended retail prices (RRP).

Can I make changes to my order once it has been confirmed?

Unfortunately, once an item has been sent for picking we are unable to stop the delivery process as orders are picked and packed from multiple warehouse locations. You will have to wait for your product/s to be delivered and then follow our returns procedure.

When will payment be debited from my account?

As soon as you purchase the product online from ourselves your account will then be automatically debited.

Can I order online and collect from my nearest store?

We are currently working on a click and collect service with our partners. Click and collect will start to become available in the early part of 2021. Sign up to our newsletter and we will keep you up to date on this.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can but if you have purchased the product online and then change your mind you will need to

to wait for your product to be delivered and then follow our returns procedure.

Will I get an order confirmation?

Once you purchase your item from us then you will automatically receive an order confirmation email.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Unfortunately, not at the moment. However, if you choose to make your purchase from one of our stockists .You can find a local stockist by clicking the ‘Where to buy button’ on the relevant product page.

What if my item is out-of-stock?

We try to ensure that we always stock the full product range but we are experiencing delays in incoming stock at present. Items that are out of stock will be marked as such but you can enter your email address on the product page and we will notify you once it’s available to order again.

The order I received is damaged, what do I do?

If the boxes/packages seem damaged, we recommend that you:

  • Refuse the delivery and sign the paperwork with ‘Refused due to damage’
  • Accept the delivery, notify the delivery person and sign for the goods clearly writing “Damaged” on the delivery paperwork
  • Or take a photo of the packing before unwrapping the item(s)

This way we can identify the reasons for the damage and prevent such incidents in the future.

In all cases, email Tara Group Customer service within 24 hours to report the problem.

What if the order is incorrect?

What happens if I am out when my delivery arrives?

If you are out when our delivery partner, DPD arrive then they will return to the depot with your item. You will be able to collect your product from their depot which will be the nearest to you within a certain timeframe. After such time, it will be returned to our warehouse and you will be automatically be issued with a refund. If you wish to buy the item again you will need to treat the purchase as completely new.

Will my items be delivered to the room that I want?

Your item/s will be delivered to your front door as due to insurance and health & safety reasons the DPD drivers are unable to enter your house.

Can you take my old furniture away?

Unfortunately we are unable to facilitate this service.

My delivery is late, what do I do?

You will receive your tracking number by email and/or SMS once the order is on its way to you. You can follow the status of your delivery by clicking the tracking number or entering it on the website
